Meet Our Consultants
As founders of EDV TEAMS, Erickson and Dot serve as Organizational Development (OD) consultants and trainers, partnering with both corporate and faith-based organizations. They contribute to the academic field as faculty members in the MBA and extension programs at Asian Theological Seminary (ATS). In addition to their organizational work, they offer specialized trainings and mentoring sessions for individuals, families, and teams, helping to cultivate healthy relational dynamics through a blend of spiritual wisdom and practical principles.
Committed to ongoing growth, Erickson is currently completing his PhD in Organization Development, while Dot is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Companioning. Erickson is an ordained pastor, and Dot serves as a deacon at Sampaloc Bible Christian Community.
